Hops & Props on the River in Manistee

September 11-13, 2015

The 3rd Annual Hops & Props on the River is an event not to be missed. It focuses on the city's rich boating history, plus the popularity of Michigan craft beer and wine. Over 100 varieties of beer will be featured from 30 breweries. Wooden boat parade, arts & craft show, and live entertainment round out this annual festival.

Here's what happened in 2014. The 2015 schedule will be posted when it becomes available.

A kickoff reception (Advance tickets, $10, required), Boathouse Grill.

Boat show featuring the Century Boat Club, 9am-3pm.
Manistee Art Institute "Art's Alive Art & Artisan Fair" juried art & craft show, downtown Manistee.
VIP Beer Tasting (Advance tickets only $50/person).
Live music, downtown Manistee.
Craft beer tasting with several participating breweries (Advance ticket $20/person), $25/at door), streets of downtown Manistee.
14th annual United Way Chili Cook-Off.
Michigan Beer Film, Vogue Theater.
"Tap Take Over", downtown Manistee restaurants.

Boater's Brunch (Advance ticket $15), Ramsdell Inn.
